Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for helpdesk incidents and requests.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Support internal business systems and user administration.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and document assets accurately.
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements.
- Follow procedures and adhere to information security standards.
Description
We are a leading UK organization seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to provide high-quality support across our IT systems and users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work in a busy, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will support and maintain hardware, software, mobile devices, and networks, acting as the first point of contact for IT queries. You will also manage user account administration, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and help maintain accurate asset records. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Successful candidates will be contacted within 7 working days of their applications.
