Requirements
Must:
- Experience in account management within IT, MSP, or technology services
- Strong understanding of IT support concepts (helpdesk, SLAs, security, backups, cloud)
- Confident and professional when engaging with business customers
- Organised, self-motivated, and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with an MS365 or IT support provider (desirable)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products and best practice (desirable)
- Experience with SMEs or charities (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and managed IT services
- Deliver cybersecurity solutions (backup, antivirus, email security, etc.)
- Manage cloud services and infrastructure
- Support managed print solutions (secondary)
- Conduct IT assessments and client consultations
- Build and manage a portfolio of business customers
- Produce accurate proposals and service recommendations
- Work closely with engineers and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Represent the business professionally at meetings and site visits
