Requirements
Must:
- Curious self-starter with great communication skills
- Basic knowledge of AI agents/automation
- Understanding of SQL and general IT fundamentals
- Comfortable learning tools such as Jira/Confluence and remote support utilities
- Any exposure to server monitoring or administration is a bonus
- Ability to solve problems in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Values humility, collaboration, and integrity
Responsibilities
- Help drive the use of AI agents to enhance our customer support experience
- Build and maintain simple AI automations (e.g., for knowledge base content and Jira workflows)
- Investigate and resolve incidents via Jira, using application logs, SQL and other diagnostic tools
- Reproduce issues on test systems and work with Development, Product and Problem Management to progress fixes
- Support customers using our hosted and on-premises environments, keeping them updated throughout
- Write clear documentation and share your learning with teammates
