Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at the British Society for Haematology (BSH), you will play a vital role in helping us design and implement our new digital ecosystem, which includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Umbraco CMS, and an integrated member portal. You will bridge the gap between our business teams and the delivery supplier, defining clear processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring that the new solution enhances our operations, making them more efficient, data-driven, and member-focused.

Description
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a salary of £42,000 per annum. The role is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week, typically from 9 AM to 5 PM with an unpaid hour for lunch. The position is based at our headquarters in London, with hybrid working options and occasional on-site meetings. At BSH, we are the largest UK multidisciplinary Haematology Society, with over 3,000 members, dedicated to running educational events, producing guidelines, and raising the profile of haematology.
