- Solution design: Utilize modeling, decision-making, and validation techniques to design solutions that fulfill business needs.
- Integration: Create coherent solutions that integrate diverse technology and business aspects.
- Business analysis: Understand and validate stakeholder needs.
- Change delivery: Drive transformation.
- Cost modeling: Analyze financial and risk aspects of solutions.
Desired competencies include:
- Experience and appreciation of Public Sector procurement processes, particularly in the Competitive Dialogue process.
- Knowledge of the public sector; justice experience in particular is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will seek an architect who is experienced in establishing and delivering application-related transformation programs. With excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, I will work to achieve consensus on technical strategies and solutions while considering business implications. This will involve analysis and understanding of both client business drivers and requirements, alongside current and future delivery and operating processes.
As a Solution Architect, I will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to integrate diverse technical elements into cohesive solutions. My responsibilities will include coordinating across departments to ensure that each aspect of the solution aligns with broader business objectives and technical standards. I will foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to address complex challenges, ensure smooth implementation, and enable continuous improvement in delivery processes, all to create application solutions that drive efficiency and support our client's long-term vision.
