Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python development
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (Elastic, Grafana, etc.)
- Experience with secure coding / DevSecOps
- Knowledge of logging, metrics, tracing, and distributed systems
- Proficient in REST APIs and integrations
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / OpenSearch
- (Desirable) Experience with scikit-learn / PyTorch
- (Desirable) Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
- (Desirable) Knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ
- (Desirable) Experience with Angular / JavaScript
- (Desirable) Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and Ansible

- Develop reusable components and enhance observability pipelines
- Integrate automation and AI into AIOps workflows
- Implement secure-by-design practices and automated security testing
- Engineer APIs and distributed systems integrations
- Design performant and observable systems
- Deliver CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members
