Requirements
Must:
- Experience in software or platform engineering within Agile teams
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK, Ansible)
- Experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strong capability with Docker, Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Linux/Windows expertise with scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Understanding of distributed systems, networking and microservices
- Experience improving reliability, performance and cost efficiency
Responsibilities
- Design & engineer secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure or GCP
- Develop & automate infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible
- Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines and tooling to enhance delivery speed and quality
- Optimise & stabilise platforms through monitoring, performance tuning and reliability practices
- Collaborate & innovate with Agile teams to embed engineering excellence and continuous learning
- Support & improve containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Troubleshoot & resolve complex technical challenges across distributed systems
