Must:
To succeed in this role, you should possess both deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and the ability to engage confidently with clients across all levels. Were looking for candidates with experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions that leverage the full Microsoft ecosystem, and a proven ability to align technology with business outcomes.
You should have:
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 portfolio, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Entra ID.
- SME-level expertise in M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
- Experience in architecting and documenting solutions (including High-Level Designs and architectural artifacts).
- Hands-on experience delivering pilots and proof of concepts for M365 Copilot.
- Experience in establishing and supporting sustainable Power Platform governance models (e.g., Centres of Excellence).
- Familiarity with architecture methodologies (Agile, SAFe, TOGAF, RCDA, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with clients across a range of industries to shape their Microsoft 365 strategies, design innovative solutions, and deliver impactful business outcomes. Youll combine technical expertise with advisory capabilities, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will influence digital transformation programs that modernize collaboration, enhance productivity, and drive measurable value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Shape & Advise: Defining M365 strategies and roadmaps aligned to client outcomes and business goals.
- Design & Architect: Creating high-level and detailed solution designs for M365, Copilot, and Power Platform implementations.
- Innovate & Deliver: Leading proofs of concept and pilot projects to explore emerging technologies such as M365 Copilot.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Building trusted client relationships, supporting colleagues, and sharing expertise across CGI’s digital workplace community.
- Optimize & Evolve: Identifying opportunities for continual improvement, efficiency, and automation within client environments.
- Own & Lead: Balancing technical excellence with strategic insight, ensuring that architectural decisions drive long-term value.
