Must:
To be successful in this role, we require candidates to have established, broad technical skills with SME knowledge in one or more specialist areas. Experience working with modern methodologies and frameworks (such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) is essential, alongside familiarity with modern IT practices, tools, and philosophies, including DevOps, DevSecOps, and infrastructure as code. Candidates should possess the ability to quickly develop close working relationships with stakeholders and team members, and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels while balancing risk, reward, and cost. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and actively seek opportunities for improvement and follow-on work. Knowledge sharing and mentoring of other team members is also highly valued.
Responsibilities
As a technical advisory AWS Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include engaging with a varied mix of clients and projects. You will deliver work at both high and low levels, contributing to shaping strategy, technical design, and practical implementation. You will be expected to apply your hands-on professional experience using cloud-native services to drive effective solutions, guiding clients towards suitable cloud adoption strategies and advising when cloud solutions align with their business challenges. Your role will encompass architectural design and hands-on implementation across a range of infrastructure and cloud services, including AWS. Additionally, you will work to build and lead technical teams, present solutions to clients, and foster relationships that enhance our service delivery.
