Requirements
Must:

- Strong understanding of Windows 11
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and networking components
- Knowledge of helpdesk procedures
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, networking and OS issues
- Approximately 1 year IT support experience or a related educational qualification (desirable)
- Driving Licence (desirable)
- Experience with ITIL, PCI and GDPR (desirable)
- Experience with Firewalls (desirable)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (desirable)
- Experience using SIEM platforms (desirable)
- Experience with EDR and vulnerability scanning (desirable)
- Knowledge of Windows Servers and Azure Cloud (desirable)
- Programming experience with PowerShell, C# and/or Python for scripting and automation (desirable)
