Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line or senior IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft modern workplace technologies
- Solid understanding of networks, servers, and enterprise systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK

Responsibilities
- Provide expert 3rd line support across infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Act as the final escalation point for high-impact or complex incidents
- Diagnose and resolve root causes, not just surface-level issues
- Contribute to problem management and continuous service improvement
- Support and mentor 1st and 2nd Line Engineers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and new technologies
- Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and well-documented
