Requirements
Must:
- Commercial experience of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress
- Experience in a Web Support role, ideally in an agency environment
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with DNS, SSL, or website hosting environments is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Support our client base by solving online problems
- Update websites and implement customizations
- Maintain WordPress websites, including plugins and themes
- Test and deploy website changes
- Diagnose and resolve hosting, DNS, and SSL issues
- Analyze and fix PHP, CSS, or JavaScript errors
