Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in a DevOps or SRE role, preferably within a marketplace or high-availability platform.
- Experience managing environments and production accounts within AWS.
- Strong Unix / Linux, DevOps, containers, networking, and system security skills.
- Experience of looking after iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or specialized APM tools).
- Ability to work within Agile frameworks and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Ensure our platform is reliable, performant, and resilient.
- Bridge the gap between development and production, advocating for the services health.
- Monitor and manage production environments.
- Implement updates while ensuring their stability and innovation.
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to deliver enhancements.
Description
We are a leading fan-to-fan ticket exchange platform, and we are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Engineering Department. Our team focuses on maintaining the reliability and performance of our platform, and we offer a primarily remote working arrangement with 1-2 days per quarter in the office.
