Requirements
Must:
- I have experience in data analysis, data quality, cleansing, or migration projects.
- I possess a strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and validation methods.
- I am confident in using Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- I demonstrate excellent attention to detail and maintain a proactive, collaborative approach to my work.
- Experience supporting system or ERP implementations is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- I will review, validate, and cleanse data across multiple operational systems ahead of migration.
- I will collaborate with operational teams to resolve data issues, promote ownership, and improve consistency.
- I will prepare, map, and transform legacy data for use in a new enterprise system, including support for testing and reconciliation.
- I will monitor data inputs and help embed best-practice data governance during the transition.
Description
We are a leading facilities management organization seeking an experienced CAFM Data Analyst to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. I will work closely with the Project team, contributing to strengthening data quality, accuracy, and governance across the business, helping to embed improved standards and processes as we adopt new ways of working. As part of a hybrid team, I will work out of our Leeds office for 2 days per week and spend 3 days based at home. The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, with core hours from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous workplace pension scheme, and opportunities for training, development, and progression.
