- Strong proficiency in Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, npm, AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, and PostgreSQL.
- SC Clearance is required for this role.
- A track record of effectively breaking down complex tasks and empowering team members.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on leadership role, you will:
- Actively support and guide a team of seven through complex technical challenges.
- Provide clear technical direction and mentorship to your team.
- Apply sound judgment to make critical technical decisions.
- Drive improvements in system documentation and team processes to enhance the overall developer experience.
- Deliver direct, constructive feedback to promote individual and team growth.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
Description
This position offers a competitive daily rate of £500 - £600 and is based in Bristol with a hybrid working model, requiring in-office attendance one day every other week. The initial duration of the contract is six months. We are a global IT consultancy dedicated to delivering digital transformation for a public sector body.
