Software Engineer - SC Clearance

As part of our consultancy team, you will contribute to delivering digital transformation projects for the MoD. Your key responsibilities will include writing clean and secure code utilizing a test-driven approach, as well as creating code that is open by default and easily reusable. You will translate logical designs into physical designs and produce detailed designs while effectively documenting all work using required standards and tools. You’ll work with both well-understood and emerging technologies to identify appropriate patterns, integrate API/UI components with existing data stores and APIs, and maintain and develop existing architectural components such as Data Ingest, Data Stores, and REST APIs. You will also participate in sprint ceremonies with the agile team, including daily stand-ups and planning sessions, assist the wider team in understanding upcoming API features, and represent user needs internally by distinguishing between user needs and desires.
