Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and its future roadmap.
- Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles (HAM/SAM/CMDB).
- Prior experience working in a financial services or regulated environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I will own and develop the ServiceNow product strategy for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CMDB.
- I will define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and our organisational objectives.
- I will partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
- I will evaluate, integrate, and improve complementary tools within the wider IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
- I will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Description
This role is a long-term opportunity within our major financial services organisation, where you will support critical enterprise-wide asset and configuration management initiatives. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite at our office in Manchester. The contract extends until June 30, 2026, with a rate of £667.20 per day (PAYE via Umbrella only).
