As our SAP Time Functional Consultant, I expect you to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders related to time and attendance processes, including working time, absences, overtime, and shift planning. You will design and configure SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including time schemas, time rules, time types, absence types, work schedules, and public holiday calendars. A key part of your role will be to ensure the seamless integration of the SAP Time Management module with other SAP modules, especially SAP Payroll, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. You will develop comprehensive functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and reports, working closely with ABAP developers to ensure accurate implementation. Conducting and supporting various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), will be your responsibility, along with managing defect resolution. Furthermore, you will create and maintain detailed system documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and end-user training materials, as well as provide post-go-live support and conduct end-user training to ensure effective system adoption. I also expect you to proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements while staying up-to-date with SAP best practices and new technologies.

Preferred qualifications include SAP Time Management Certification, experience with SAP HANA Time Management, familiarity with xAtlas or other third-party time management systems, experience in a similar industry, and project management or team leadership experience. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid working arrangements based out of Broughton, offering up to £86 per hour inside IR35.
