Requirements
Must:
- Must hold DV clearance and be a UK National.
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead on a Greenfield project with SAP S/4HANA, utilizing Data Services and Migration Cockpit.
- In-depth knowledge of the data migration life cycle and the full project lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills to convey data and SAP concepts to various levels of understanding.
- Experience in running data workshops and preparing technical documentation.
- Ability to analyze source datasets effectively.
- Must possess mentorship skills to guide the development team and provide solutions based on prior development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a development team focused on data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Plan and manage projects while resolving any defects that may arise.
- Conduct workshops to facilitate data discussions and workshops with clients.
- Prepare and review technical documentation to ensure project alignment and clarity.
- Analyze source datasets to identify and address data cleansing and data analysis issues.
- Collaborate closely with SAP functional teams and business data stewards to provide expert advice.
Description
The successful candidate will be joining a global IT consultancy dedicated to delivering digital transformation solutions to the Ministry of Defence. This position is based in Aldermaston and will require you to be on-site four days a week. The day rate for this role ranges from £700 to £730 and falls within IR35 regulations. While this is a lead position, there may be instances where hands-on assistance is required.
