Requirements
Must:
- 8-10+ years experience across network and security engineering (design, build, operate)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple layers, including Network, Identity, Endpoint, Proxy, SIEM/SOAR
- Hands-on automation experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Proven ITIL change leadership experience
- Exposure to Major Incident Management (MIM)
- Desirable certifications include CCNP/CCIE, Zscaler Professional, Fortinet NSE 4+, Splunk Admin/Enterprise Security, ITIL 4 Managing Professional (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering execution and ensure quality delivery in production environments
- Lead integration design, focusing on non-functional requirements, resilience patterns, integration contracts, and rollback strategies
- Define and execute structured change rehearsals, smoke testing, soak testing, and production rollbacks
- Conduct code reviews across Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks, promoting automation as the default approach
- Implement error budgets and improve reliability engineering standards through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Lead defect analytics and remediation sprints to enhance operational excellence
- Improve change models and expand automation coverage
- Foster a disciplined post-incident review (PIR) culture
Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Technical Integration Lead to join our team in a hybrid role (60% onsite / 40% remote) through to November 2026. This is a senior technical leadership position focused on building resilient, production-ready network platforms.
