Requirements
Must:
- 5-8+ years in Microsoft 365 support at enterprise scale.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, Entra ID, Conditional Access.
- Experience working within regulated environments and producing audit-ready artifacts.
- Exposure to large scale Copilot deployments in the financial sector (preferred).
- Proficiency with PowerShell and Graph API for troubleshooting and reporting (preferred).
- Ability to provide CoPilot knowledge sharing sessions to fellow M365 application owners (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd / 4th Line Operational Support for M365 Copilot across our tenant.
- Triage and resolve complex M365 escalations and Multi User Incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis across M365 Admin Centre, Entra, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, Teams, Group Policy Objects, Aternity, etc.
- Utilize advanced understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Thousand Eyes and Downdetector.

We are offering a 10-month contract for a Microsoft M365 Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hybrid working from Sheffield. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can provide operational support for M365 Copilot across our organization. The role entails troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents while working within regulated environments.
