Responsibilities
You will work as part of a blended team, completing the development of backlog items that are prioritized by the client Product Owner. We expect you to drive best practices and support the upskilling of our client team.
Description
This opportunity offers a rate of £450 - £490 a day, and it is inside IR35. The position is based in Skipton, with an expectation of attending the office approximately one day per week. The initial duration of this role is 6 months. We are a global IT consultancy focused on bringing digital transformation to our clients, and currently, we are enhancing our MS Dynamics system that recently went live and is being utilized by agents to respond to customer inquiries in the service center. Join us in our Customer Experience Programme team to add meaningful functionality to our backend processes.
