- Significant experience in implementing, configuring, and using various technologies such as:
- CI/CD Pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, including Terraform and Ansible
- Software Composition Analysis (SCA), Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST), and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) tools like Black Duck, Coverity, Codesight, JFrog, Snyk
- Automated testing tools, ideally Selenium or Robot Framework
- Test Management Tooling, ideally Azure Test Plans
- Secure Secrets Management, ideally with Azure DevOps and Hashicorp Vault
- Version control with Git

Responsibilities
- I will oversee significant aspects of the technical implementation, delivery, and assurance of the DevSecOps tooling, associated processes, and ways of working.
- I am responsible for leading technical implementation and design activities, making decisions, and assessing various options.
- I will provide advisory on the use of DevSecOps technologies and processes to senior customers.
- I will collaborate with the DevSecOps Tech Lead, Product Owners, and Scrum Master to define and prioritize work while identifying and raising any risks or dependencies.
- I will work with the DevSecOps Tech Lead to ensure that our DevSecOps implementation meets its requirements and aligns with business outcomes and security needs.
- I will mentor junior engineers and make implementation decisions.

You will drive the technical delivery of DevSecOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and integrated security tooling, ensuring these are executed in the most effective manner.
