Infrastructure Designer - Contract

- Produce detailed infrastructure design documentation based on approved solution architectures. - Coordinate and validate accurate cost estimates for end-to-end project delivery and business cases. - Provide technical leadership to project teams, SMEs, and third-party suppliers. - Contribute to and maintain infrastructure solution frameworks, patterns, and standards, ensuring best value for money. - Ensure clear root cause analysis for incidents impacting Infrastructure CoE deliverables and drive resolution. - Work closely with third-party build teams and environment leads to ensure solutions comply with approved designs. - Support the design and integration of new products into existing and new solutions. - Act as a technical escalation point, convening troubleshooting teams to rapidly resolve infrastructure issues. - Provide design input across multiple technology domains (e.g. Mainframe, Networks, Wintel, Databases). - Produce and assure design patterns and infrastructure roadmaps. - Act as a technical escalation point for production services and during the build phase of new services.
