Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals, including PAM fundamentals and MFA.
- Deep understanding of SilverFort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and RADIUS.
- Sufficient understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and proxies.
- Experience or understanding of Azure and Entra ID is desirable.
- EDR and XDR tooling knowledge and experience is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, with the ability to liaise with support teams and stakeholders.
- Essential understanding of ITIL practices, including Problem, Incident, and Change management with a service mindset.
- Experience in creating technical and non-technical guides and artefacts for stakeholders is desirable.
- Experience in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and understanding of APIs is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own, operate, and continuously enhance SilverFort as a Barclays service, providing a unified identity platform.
- Act as the primary authority on SilverFort architecture, policy design, and integration with other services.
- Provide escalated support and project enhancements related to SilverFort.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure optimal service integration and support.
Description
We are seeking a SilverFort Subject Matter Expert to enhance our core identity and access management platform across the organization. This role will allow you to be at the forefront of our security infrastructure, working within our team in Knutsford (Cheshire), with the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
