Requirements
Must:
- General 1st/2nd line support experience.
- Customer service skills.
- IT technical support experience.
- Experience in installing Windows.
- Experience in installing software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Intune experience is an advantage.
- SC security clearance is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of Intune to business laptops for around 130 devices in tranche 1.
- Coordinate with staff to arrange Intune deployments.
- Install Windows images on laptops.
- Perform admin tasks to track progress in Excel.
- Assist users in adapting to their new devices and resolve any issues as they arise.

We are a leading innovative tech and engineering organization operating within the UK defence and government space. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality IT support solutions. This role is based in Romsey, and you will be required to work onsite five days a week. This is a 3-month contract with a rate of £260 per day inside IR35.
