- Hands-on technical skills (not a lead/manager)
- Ability to join the on-call rota with the team

- Support and operate a complex enterprise IAM environment
- Work directly with core identity platforms including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and BeyondTrust PRA
- Ensure secure and reliable access across the organization
- Assist in managing Identity and Access Management tools and technologies
