Must:
We are looking for a skilled Django Developer with at least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer, delivering robust production-ready solutions. You should have proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Git. Itβs important that you are comfortable working with Python and JavaScript professionally, and have experience in Django and React. You should have the ability to build data-intensive applications and manage complex backend logic, including external API integrations. Experience in creating responsive user interfaces that function across browsers and mobile devices is essential. You should be capable of working independently and taking ownership of technical projects, with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, effective time management and prioritization skills under tight deadlines are required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to collaborate with a small team of developers on daily code reviews and merge requests. You will be responsible for developing across the entire product stack, which includes frontend, backend, and analytics/data processing engines. You'll lead projects independently, from requirements gathering through to deployment. Mentoring junior developers to support their technical growth is also a part of this position. You should be prepared to tackle complex challenges related to data and presentation in accountancy.
