Change Impact Technical Consultant

- Demonstrable experience in understanding customers' business and technical requirements, along with the ability to produce solid network solutions. - Proven design experience proposing and utilizing technologies from multiple global network vendors (e.g., Cisco and Juniper), including the ability to produce quality technical documentation for delivery and solution support. - Strong technical networking knowledge and industry-recognized certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or Juniper JNCIA-Design/JNCIA-Junos. - Ability to create non-standard solutions that may include LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, Voice, Video, Cyber, and Security technologies. - Solid understanding of the project end-to-end lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to Operational Acceptance into Service, along with good commercial and financial awareness regarding risks and dependencies associated with delivery projects. - Capacity to support project and program management with reporting and ensure timely project delivery that meets customer expectations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, take ownership and responsibility, and make quick decisions. Calm and concise communication with customers is essential. - Ideally, previous experience working within the UK defense sector.
