Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda platforms
- Deep understanding of blockchain interoperability, data privacy, and security principles
- Demonstrated experience within financial services, particularly KYC/AML processes and secure customer data exchange
- Strong ability to influence, lead discussions, and drive consensus among diverse teams
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas concisely and effectively
Responsibilities
- Define the architecture for blockchain-based KYC and identity verification systems.
- Design smart contracts and distributed workflows integrated with AI-based onboarding platforms.
- Collaborate with AI, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and data protection requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding the team in best practices for scalability, interoperability, and security.
- Communicate complex blockchain concepts and strategies clearly and effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
