Requirements
Must:
- Windows experience
- RHEL experience
- VMware experience
- DNS knowledge
- Active Directory (AD) experience
- 2nd / 3rd line support experience
- Eligible for DV clearance
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker, etc.)
- Collaborate with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve end-user issues
- Work directly with client leads to handle escalated incidents
- Perform patching and maintenance of test and live environments, including installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL, and other product updates
- Work with PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling
- Provide support to Engineering and Test teams
- Conduct Active Directory Administration tasks such as managing accounts, groups, memberships, and permissions
- Participate in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7/365 support is provided
Description
We are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team on-site in London near Waterloo. This permanent role offers a salary range of £55,000 - £60,000. You will play a crucial part in supporting our infrastructure environments and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
