Must:

- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of sensor and communication systems
- Strong skills in languages such as C++, C#, or Python
- Familiarity with modern software architecture, agile methods, and tools (e.g. Git, VS Code)
- Experience with scientific/DSP applications and algorithm implementation
- Modern UI development or embedded systems experience (desirable)
- Linux, kernel drivers, or cross-compilation (desirable)
- DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker) (desirable)
- Team leadership or line management experience (desirable)

Description
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge team developing software for RF communication and sensor-based products. This is a flexible role where you can focus on either modern UI development or embedded software, depending on your expertise. We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum and benefits, with a hybrid working model allowing for 2 days per week onsite in either Romsey, Gloucester, or Woking.
