Requirements
Must:
- Proven Test Programme Lead / Senior Test Manager experience
- Background delivering TaaS or large-scale outsourced testing
- Experience leading large test teams (50)
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and quality engineering
- Expertise across performance, security, and accessibility testing
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- Public sector experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the test strategy, governance, and quality framework
- Lead testing across multiple releases (functional & non-functional)
- Provide clear go/no-go recommendations and quality assurance
- Manage TaaS resources (onshore/offshore & suppliers)
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide insight-led reporting
- Drive automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement
Description
We are seeking an experienced Programme Test Lead for a 12-month hybrid working opportunity in London. This role offers a daily rate of £550 - £650 and requires current active SC clearance, therefore, we can only consider Sole British nationals due to the nature of the project. Youll take end-to-end ownership of testing delivery for a major public sector engagement, leading Testing as a Service across complex programmes.
