Requirements
Must:
- DV clearance required
- Proven experience in a senior support role, managing complex IT environments
- Certifications in relevant technologies are highly desirable (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, Dell, or security certifications)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Familiarity with Hyper-converged infrastructure
- Good foundation of networking principles
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for VMware Cloud Foundation, Tanzu, Dell VxRail, and Dell Data Domain solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to key management systems such as Hashicorp Vault and Thales Hardware Security Module
- Manage and support privileged access management solutions using BeyondTrust and single sign-on systems like KeyCloak
- Administer and optimise Microsoft Windows-based technologies, including Windows Server 2022 and Hyper-V
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to ensure system performance and reliability
- Implement and support disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues and implement improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all systems, processes, and configurations
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for critical systems
