Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals, including PAM fundamentals and MFA.
- Deep understanding of SilverFort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its protocols: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and RADIUS.
- Sufficient understanding of network protocols, firewalls, proxies.
- Experience or understanding of Azure and Entra ID is desirable.
- EDR and XDR tooling knowledge and experience is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability with support teams and stakeholders.
- Essential understanding of ITIL practices; Problem, Incident and Change management with a service mindset.
- Experience in creating technical and non-technical guides and artefacts for stakeholders is desirable.
- Experience in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and understanding of APIs is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own, operate and continuously enhance SilverFort as a Barclays service, providing a unified identity platform.
- Act as the primary technical authority on SilverFort architecture and policy design.
- Integrate SilverFort with other services and provide escalated support.
- Liaise with vendors for project enhancements.
