Must:
We are seeking an innovative individual who consistently upholds the highest standards of data security. You should have a strong understanding of technical design and deployment of IT systems in secure environments, with the capability to deliver solutions of significant size and complexity. Your experience should include:
- Working with stakeholders to analyze requirements, negotiate, and reach consensus in bids and delivery projects.
- Knowledge and experience of enterprise management toolsets, including but not limited to Zabbix, Elastic, Splunk, Microsoft System Center Suite, and Service Now.
- Working with business IT infrastructures and the tools essential for efficient management, particularly monitoring, patching, and automation systems for Windows and Linux.
- Experience with sensitive systems in secure environments.
- Designing and deploying new tools, including necessary integrations between tools to create a cohesive working system.
- Proficient in producing technical documentation to a high standard, formally documenting your designs and plans.
Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Monitoring Engineer within our existing EM practice, you will work closely with Solution Owners to design new management systems for our largest customers. Your role will involve producing designs and plans that instill confidence in our customers regarding our understanding and ability to deliver their requirements, all while keeping designs practical and cost-effective for both the customer and the organization.
Description
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £70,000, along with a 10% bonus and a 10% DV allowance. The position requires SC / DV clearance and will be based on-site in Basingstoke with hybrid working arrangements available.
