Requirements
Must:
- SC and DV Security Clearance is required
- Previous experience and deep understanding of the data migration lifecycle and full project lifecycle
- Ability to manage a development team and plan effectively
- Experience in defect resolution and data communication
- Capability to mentor team members and suggest solutions based on development experience
- Familiarity with SAP functional teams and business data stewards
- Experience in data cleansing and data analysis
- Competence in running data workshops
- Skill in preparing and reviewing technical documentation
- Ability to analyze source datasets
Responsibilities

Description
We are seeking a Data Migration Lead for a 10-month contract role based in Reading. This position offers a hybrid work model with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. Our client operates within the UK defence and central government sector, and this role involves leading a Greenfield project migrating legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA using Data Services and Migration Cockpit.
