Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, or a two-year technical degree in Computer Science or other closely related field.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) and understanding of cloud-native systems design.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript preferred.
- Experience and extensive understanding of software design patterns, SDLC, unit testing, and debugging.
- Familiarity with relational, time-series, and/or tag databases.
- Familiar with both Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
- Familiar with software development tools; code repositories, build tools, and agile software lifecycle management platforms.
- Prior knowledge of building automation systems (HVAC and lighting) is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team-based collaboration environment.
- Professional attitude with a clean and neat appearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop software applications that support projects and service offerings.
- Work closely with the product, UX, and developer team members to build new and enhance existing experiences.
- Create visualization methods and applications.
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications.
- Collaborate with team members, pair program, and provide peer review feedback.
- Leverage effective written and verbal communication with a variety of stakeholders.
