Requirements
Must:

- Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban.
- Proven leadership in designing and developing new solutions or upgraded features.
- Experience providing support or mentoring to early-career employees.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to take accountability for key project deliverables.
- Knowledge of security principles and practices to protect project infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate and distribute tasks effectively.
- Strong appreciation for a projects strategic and commercial goals.
- Ability to maintain long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Eligibility for security clearance as a British Citizen with 5 years permanent residence in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Play a leading role in feature teams to develop, test, deploy, release, operate, and monitor software products securely.
- Design and operate automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and manage shared Platform services for deployment, operation, and monitoring.
- Design and operate platform services for containerized products.
- Write and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Deploy and operate products in public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, On-Prem).
- Provide support and advice to teams onboarding products to shared platform services.
- Ensure best practices in Agile methodologies (including SCRUM & Kanban) are followed.
- Offer consultancy support to customers regarding technology choices and solutions for complex problems.
- Manage relationships with our customers to maintain trust and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the changing technology landscape to ensure your knowledge and professional development keep pace.
- Provide leadership and support to delivery team members as required.
