Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering IT support to end users, including cloud-based services.
- Excellent communication and strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware diagnostics.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Familiar with Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
- Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE English & Maths).
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Desire to work towards Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar certifications.
- Experience within an educational environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of Intune and Endpoint Management (desirable).
- Exposure to Microsoft Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) (desirable).
- ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, networks, cloud services, and MIS platforms.
- Provide on-site and remote support to staff, pupils, and colleagues across multiple sites.
- Diagnose technical issues, resolving them or escalating where appropriate.
- Support with hardware builds, repairs, asset updates, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with onboarding, user support, documentation, and minor training activities.
