Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
- Advanced C# development including plugins, webhooks, and Custom APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and CRM SDK / REST APIs.
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments.
- Understanding of Azure and cloud-based architectures.
- Dynamics CRM Customer Service and Marketing implementations (desirable).
- Experience building portals with Power Pages (desirable).
- Managing enterprise-level relationship management processes (desirable).
- Setting standards for development and ensuring quality assurance (desirable).
- Experience working within Higher Education or complex enterprise environments (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and manage Dataverse solutions, including PCF controls and custom pages.
- Oversee DevOps processes, release automation, and managed solution deployment.
- Provide 3rd line support, integrations, and stakeholder engagement.
