Software Developer

As part of our agile engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend services in C# (.NET Core/.NET 9) while focusing on clean architecture and maintainability. You will implement front-end components in React and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with your C# APIs. Additionally, you will containerize applications using Docker, orchestrate them with Kubernetes, and manage GitOps deployments using ArgoCD. You will leverage various Microsoft Azure services, such as App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and SQL Database, to host, scale, and secure applications. Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions (or equivalent) while integrating static security scanning via Snyk will be part of your role. You will also instrument applications using the LGTM stack (e.g., logs, metrics, tracing) to ensure reliability and facilitate rapid incident response. You will design and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, write efficient queries, handle migrations, and manage connections securely. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, participating in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. Advocating and practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD), you will write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure confidence in releases.
