Must:

Responsibilities
- Acting as the translator between commercial/operational teams and software developers.
- Gathering, documenting, and managing technical requirements for new system features, API integrations, and internal tool upgrades.
- Investigating current systems and helping to design smarter, more robust technical solutions.
- Assisting with system testing and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure alignment with business requests.
- Creating clear technical documentation, user guides, and system process maps.
- Troubleshooting system workflows and identifying technical bottlenecks to prevent business impact.
