Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a Business Analysis or Process Improvement role, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of data structures and databases (SQL knowledge for reading and writing queries is a huge bonus).
- Highly analytical and logical mindset with a passion for understanding how things work.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge the status quo and explain complex data in plain, jargon-free English.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and manage complex business and system requirements.
- Create detailed as-is and to-be process maps to identify bottlenecks and design smarter, more efficient workflows.
- Act as the primary translator between commercial/operational staff and technical development teams, ensuring everyone understands the commercial impact of technical processes.
- Work closely with Architects and Developers on solution design, rollout, and testing to ensure that the final technical output matches the original business request.
- Measure and report on the commercial impact of implemented changes against key operational KPIs and ROI targets.
