Requirements

- Collaborate with colleagues to support and maintain the Colleges IT environment
- Provide professional and responsive user support across computing and display technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and networks
- Keep software and systems up to date and secure
