Requirements
Must:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with IT networking, Microsoft SQL, and software integration (DICOM, HL7)
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the role
- Commitment to work unsociable hours, weekends, and travel extensively within the UK and international countries
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility in prioritizing workload to meet critical deadlines
Responsibilities
- Responding to all emails on the same working day
- Maintaining 100% response rate to breakdowns
- Keeping all internal and external ticketing systems up to date at all times
- Carrying out daily service visits, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of Canon, Kowa, and other medical systems
- Providing responsive and professional technical support to internal and external customers
- Diagnosing and resolving faults with both hardware and software, including integration with DICOM and PACS systems
- Maintaining accurate service records, reports, and logs
- Assisting with logistics including dispatch and warehousing of technical equipment
- Supporting company exhibitions and training events as required
- Delivering basic user training to clinical and technical users on installed systems
