- Commitment to maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of core systems through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and delivery of core systems, setting the standards for coding quality, security, testing, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with the business and integration teams to translate requirements into innovative, maintainable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the development function.
Description
We are a Gloucestershire and Cotswolds-based company seeking a talented Lead Developer to join our new dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our exciting Transformation programme. As the senior-most engineering authority, you will be responsible for designing, building, and integrating scalable, secure, and automated systems across our Salesforce (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), Halo (ITSM), and middleware platforms. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £85,000 per annum and a hybrid working model with an expectation to be onsite 3 days a week in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds region.
