Requirements
Must:
- Comprehensive ASP.Net Development experience.
- Proficiency in web technologies HTML and CSS.
- SQL Database Development & Administration (Desirable).
- Experience with WCF & Web Services.
- Familiarity with MVC & Entity frameworks (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of the development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and usability.
- Senior level experience as a developer with a strong understanding of web-based applications.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor junior software developers.
- Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with senior leaders in the business.
- Experience managing and delivering cloud-based solutions.
- Capable of working under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex information to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions to meet business and customer needs.
- Actively participate in development team discussions and contribute to the development of tools, services, and platforms.
- Develop features and capabilities for end users and external customers.
- Create value-added solutions for identified applications, following functional and technical design specifications.
- Identify potential design gaps and provide insights for improvement.
- Utilize .NET and other software tools to develop, document, test, and debug assigned programs/objects in accordance with company methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Perform comprehensive testing to verify program functionality and ensure modifications do not introduce errors.
- Review and evaluate existing systems for enhancements or upgrades, searching for innovative improvement opportunities.
- Develop software-wide integrations with internal/external systems using REST APIs.
- Maintain detailed design documentation for all developments and contribute to architectural design discussions and decisions.
