Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or masters degree (or equivalent qualification) in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT, data, or application development role.
- Proven experience delivering and supporting production solutions within an enterprise environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform in a professional setting.
- Power BI (data modelling, DAX fundamentals, report and dashboard development)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, triggers, connectors, error handling)
- Copilot Studio (or equivalent conversational / automation tooling)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable, particularly in Power BI or Power Platform (e.g. PL-300, PL-200, PL-400). Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in place of formal certification.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for Power Platform solutions, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to design effective solutions.
- Design, build, and support Power BI dashboards and semantic models following IT standards.
- Develop and maintain reliable, efficient Power Automate workflows.
- Build and govern Copilot Studio solutions aligned with architecture and security principles.
- Integrate and model data from enterprise systems in partnership with application owners.
- Ensure all solutions meet IT governance, security, data protection, and lifecycle standards.
- Work with IT teams to deliver scalable, resilient platforms.
- Own technical documentation, monitoring, and continuous optimisation of Power Platform applications.
- Provide production support and technical guidance.
- Explore and prototype innovative Power Platform capabilities to support IT and business strategy.
