Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in service design, ideally within complex or crisis-related environments.
- Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and design tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and improvement of services that support people affected by emergencies and disasters.
- Gather and analyze user needs through qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Create service blueprints, user journeys, and prototypes to test and refine ideas.
- Work closely with operational teams, policy experts, and stakeholders to co-design solutions.
- Use feedback and data to iterate and enhance services for maximum impact.
